How to choose your riding helmet size
Measure your head circumference with a soft tape just above the eyebrows and about 1-2 cm above the ears, around the widest part of the back of the head. Size S fits 52-56 cm and size M fits 56-58 cm. The helmet should sit steadily and evenly, should not shift sideways or forward and should not press too hard. The rear dial helps fine-tune the fit within a size but does not replace choosing the right size.
A helmet for shows and everyday riding
