Returns

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Products may be returned provided that:

They have not been worn or washed;

The products are in their original packaging with the original tags attached.

How to return (withdraw from a contract) or exchange, step by step:

1. Pack the package in the same way you got it

2. Add inside the note with you order number and name

3. Send the parcel to:

We will refund the money within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment, using the same method used to pay for the order.

Complaints 

In order to expedite the complaint, please attach photos of the defect or send the complained goods together with the completed form to the following address: JD Attack COMPLAINT ul. Gliwicka 1 47-224 Kędzierzyn Koźle. After receiving your complaint, the Customer Service Department will contact you with further instructions. The response time to a notification is no longer than 14 days from the date of its receipt.
