[Purpose and legal basis for personal data processing]

4. Your data is collected in order to sell the Store's products to you, but also for other purposes, e.g. in connection with submitted complaints. In order to provide you with our services, providing personal data is necessary in many cases. If you do not provide us with your data, we will most often not be able to provide services to you or accept your order.

5. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose to which you have consented. Your personal data provided to us directly by you will be processed for the purposes of:

6. In the process necessary to perform the contract (registration, placing an order, payment, shipping), please provide, among others:

[a] name and surname or name of the company/institution and its registration details;

[b] address (city, postal code, street, house/apartment number);

[c] telephone number;

[d] email address.

7. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities providing accounting, advisory, legal, IT and service services, courier companies providing transport services, and entities providing payment services. Whenever we disclose your data to other entities, we do so within the framework of applicable regulations. If our service providers process your data on our behalf, they must provide guarantees to implement technical and organizational solutions that will protect your personal data and meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Your personal data may be made available to entities and bodies authorized to process them under the law.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to third countries in connection with activities undertaken on social networking sites and using their tools, using analytical tools for statistical analysis purposes, also analyzing user behavior, in particular Google Analytics.

10. Decisions may be made about you in an automated manner, including profiling, which is performed on the basis of the data held, in particular data obtained using cookies, i.e. transmission data, location data.

11. If you register in our Store or subscribe to the Newsletter, we store your data for the period you are registered or subscribed to, until you unregister. We store the data processed in our marketing database for the entire period when you are our customer and then for a period of 5 years from the time you ceased to be our customer (you stopped using our services and making purchases in our stores).

12. If the basis for data processing is consent, personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.

13. If the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, in this case the data will be processed until an objection is raised. After the above period, personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations expires
