Can I place an order by phone or e-mail?


Of course! We encourage you to place an order via our website. However, in case of difficulties, our consultants will be happy to help you and guide you through the entire ordering process, or they will place it for you by phone or e-mail.


Which products can I order?

Products marked as available are available for order. Remember, however, that products added to the cart are not automatically reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Products that are currently unavailable may or may not be available, it is best to sign up for "availability notification" if you want to be notified when a sold-out product is back on sale.


Can I combine two or more orders?


Orders can be combined. To receive all products in one order, we recommend contacting our hotline or e-mail.


Why am I not receiving system messages from you informing me about the status of my order?


Our system (automatic) messages are often treated by email programs as SPAM. Therefore, please check this folder as well as others, e.g. OFFERS.


Are gift cards available?

You can buy a gift card in any denomination from PLN 50 and up, and you can place an order for a gift card by e-mail.




Can I cancel an order that has not been paid?

To do this, please contact us by phone or e-mail, providing your order number.


Can I cancel a single item from my order?

If it has not been sent yet, this is possible. To do this, please contact the Customer Service Office by phone or e-mail, providing the order number and the name of the product you want to remove from the list.

If the order has not yet been submitted for completion, we will attempt to cancel the item you have indicated.





Does the price displayed for a given title include delivery costs?


No, delivery costs will be included in the order summary at the last stage of placing the order.


Can I pay by card to the courier?


Unfortunately, cash on delivery payments are currently unavailable in our store.




How much time do I have to withdraw from the contract?

You have 14 days to do so, counting from the day you receive our order.


How long does it take to get a refund when returning goods?


The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the return.


Do I have to use the contract withdrawal form prepared by the online store?


A return form is attached to each shipment. If you have lost the return form, you can download it in the RETURN/EXCHANGE/COMPLAINT tab.


Can products be exchanged?


Yes, if selected products are available, if the product is not available at the moment, we will issue a refund.




How long does it take to consider a complaint?

We consider complaints within 14 days and we inform you by e-mail about the manufacturer's decision regarding the returned complaint.


How long does it take to refund money in the event of a complaint?

If the complaint is accepted, the refund for the complained product or a new product model will be sent within 14 days.

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

Couriers are not obliged to contact the recipient of the shipment by phone before its delivery, therefore we are unable to guarantee this. However, you will always receive an e-mail and SMS with information about the expected delivery date.


Who covers the cost of return?

The cost of return is covered by the Buyer.


Can I return one item if I ordered several items?

Yes, you can return any number of products that do not meet your expectations.
