We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Often, the product will be delivered within 24 hours, but in this case, everything is in the hands of the courier. The courier has 1-2 business days to deliver the order.

Sometimes, there may be minor delays, but you will always be notified in such cases.

Product exchanges are possible.

In this case, please return the product to us using the same returns procedure described below.

Please include a note with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

For shipments outside of Poland, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items may be returned provided that:

They have not been worn or washed;

The items are in their original packaging with the original tags attached.

Complete the returns form (available for download in the returns and exchanges tab) or include a note with your order number inside.
