Rules for using the Gift Card?
You can purchase a Gift Card for a selected amount not exceeding PLN 5,000.
The card is issued electronically with a special discount code corresponding to the amount paid.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and should be used within 36 months of receipt,
In the event of a recognized complaint regarding the return of goods purchased using a Gift Card, the Customer will receive the equivalent of the purchase amount of the complained Goods in the form of a Gift Card with the refund value, if this is not possible by transfer to the indicated bank account.

How long will I wait for shipping?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Often, the product will be delivered within 24 hours, but in this case, everything is in the hands of the courier. The courier has 1-2 business days to deliver the order.
Sometimes, there may be minor delays, but you will always be notified in such cases.
Can I exchange products?
Product exchanges are possible.
In this case, please return the product to us using the same returns procedure described below.
Please include a note with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
For shipments outside of Poland, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
How can I return a product and how much time do I have to do so?
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items may be returned provided that:
They have not been worn or washed;
The items are in their original packaging with the original tags attached.
Complete the returns form (available for download in the returns and exchanges tab) or include a note with your order number inside.
